Welcome to AI Dynamics Platform. An Algorithmic Trading Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI Dynamics Algorithmic Trading Platform. By using our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We do not guarantee profits or the performance of trading algorithms. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the platform.
To gain access to our algo trading software, a Software Access Fee Deposit is required, the specific amount of which is detailed in your chosen plan. This deposit is held in your designated wallet/account. It's important to understand that this deposit is solely for accessing our software and is not used for any trading activities. You'll manage your trading funds directly with your chosen broker.
Our service operates on a shared profit model. Any profits generated through the use of our algo trading software (from trades placed via your broker) will result in a deduction from your Software Access Fee Deposit.
Here's how it works:
If you earn a profit of ₹2,000 through trades executed by our software, ₹2,000 will be deducted from your Software Access Fee Deposit. For instance, if your initial deposit was ₹5,000, your remaining withdrawable balance in our system would then be ₹3,000 (₹5,000 - ₹2,000). The amount deducted as shared profit cannot be withdrawn by you and constitutes our fee for the generated profits. Please note that this deducted amount represents a share of your gross profits before any brokerage charges you pay directly to your broker.
You may withdraw the remaining balance of your Software Access Fee Deposit at any time. If no profits are generated through the use of our software, you can withdraw the full Software Access Fee Deposit as per your plan. If profits have been generated and deductions made, you can withdraw only the remaining balance of your Software Access Fee Deposit.
Any amounts deducted from your Software Access Fee Deposit as shared profits are non-refundable. This deduction represents our earned fee for the profitable trades facilitated by our software. The initial Software Access Fee Deposit is only fully refundable if no profitable trades are executed via our software during your subscription period.
You acknowledge that algo trading involves inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any profits or returns. You are solely responsible for managing your trading capital with your chosen broker and understanding their terms and risks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through [Arbitration/Mediation] in India.
